It’d be helpful if the current editing branch name was shown on the Version History tab so it’s easy to see which branch you’re working on even when the bottom area is minimized. Here’s a screenshot showing how it might be shown since there’s plenty of space left in the Version History/Background Tasks/Running App Console tab bar:

Seconded. As a general principle, when it comes to Version Control, anything that improves Situational Awareness should be considered vital and essential. There’s only so much we should be expected to keep in our heads at once.
Especially for those who are not already used to thinking that way. Many (most?) Anvil newcomers will be in that boat.
