My apps are all timing out, anyone see something similar? I’m on the dedicated plan.
I am also experiencing this same issue and I am on the dedicated plan as well. Any help resolving this would be highly appreciated.
Hi folks – we’ve just checked, and we’re not currently seeing anything unusual in our metrics, either in our global platform metrics or on your private ESR server (@aran and @Neeeco are on the same ESR plan).
Could you provide a bit more detail about what’s going on, and ideally some way of replicating? Useful information would be questions like whether it is a particular app you’re seeing the slowdown on, and what you’re seeing as slow (is it Data Tables? Server calls? Something else?).
Hi Meredydd, sorry didn’t mean to imply that it’s a system wide thing. Just wanted to see if others are experiencing the same or if it’s local to us.
Regarding the slowdown, we saw it across all applications for a couple of hours. Most of the apps had no code changes and have been running as per normal.
It seems to be better now, so might be an isolated case on our system. If we can narrow anything down that might have caused it, we’ll share it here.
So this morning our system on the dedicated plan is still slow and causing many timeouts.

Aha – a new symptom (and an error code!), plus a session ID for timeouts! Now we have somewhere to start looking. We’re taking a look now…
