Hi, I was wondering what, if any, data table restrictions apply when hosting an app locally on the free plan.
For example, if I created the Feedback Form from the guided apps tutorial, could I host it locally and then use the Data Tables in it with no row restriction?

Hosting locally (running the open-source anvil app server on your own hardware or VPS) and the free online anvil.works plan are two separate things.
There are no data table restrictions when you’re running your own app server, other than disk space and the size limits of postgresql, which are massive: databases can be unlimited, tables can be up to 32TB, rows 1.6TB, individual fields 1GB… There are also no restrictions with sending Email (though you do have to sort out your own SMTP server), using Microsoft Single Signon, etc.
