Can I upload CSV file with the help of Data Loader, if not which tool will be helpful for uploading data.

Your request seems quite unclear. You are not specifying where and how you are uploading. By Data Loader, do you mean File Loader component in Anvil?

Or do you mean loading data into the data tables directly from the cloud IDE?
