Content at an HTTP Enpoint

I’m using the HTTP endpoint. When I register the endpoint URL with different application they send users to the endpoint URL, but there is nothing there.

How can I put some content on the page?

The problem is that different 3rd party apps require the call back url is the same as the redirect url (following Oauth flow for example).
