How do I configure an Anvil app so that Google and other search engines are able to find the site (for example, when someone does a search for a keyword)? Is there somewhere in Anvil where I can enter search terms? What kind of SEO options are available in Anvil? Also, where in Anvil do I configure the preview that is seen when you post a link in Facebook and similar sites? Can I change the icon that appears on the browser tab? It’s currently a blue circle with (what I assume to be) a white anvil. This is for an app with its own domain.
