How do I sign up? I don’t have that option on my menu.

Yep! That feature is now available to everyone. You can clone your app with Git (and push back changes) by looking in the Version History dialog:
Or, alternatively, just by opening the Share dialog:
Either way, you’ll see the Git dialog, with a command line you can copy and paste to get a local clone of your app:
