Can't Access anvil server app running from Windows Subsystem Linux

What I’m trying to do:
Run the anvil server on my windows 11 machine for testing from windows subsystem linux

What I’ve tried and what’s not working:

I have gotten anvil-app-server and all the dependencies installed. When I try to run the MyToDoList app, it runs successively, but when I go to localhost:3030 the app doesn’t load.

Update, I was able to fix the issue by checking ifconfig while the app server was running and using the first address under teh eth0 section.
