Can you set all Columns in a form to equal width

I have a form with 7 side by side column panels in it. I want them all to be the same width as its messing up my display. I’ve tried dragging the blue bars between columns, but it seems you can only step the width, not minutely manage.

All I want is them all the same, is there a quick way to do this?
