The following diffs are very difficult to use. I need to copy them to a text editor, replace the commas or some other separator with a new line and check the diff.
I would like to see them pretty printed or with subdivided in any way in multiple lines.
I guess this would be solved if Anvil’s underlying formatting for storing these files used line breaks more liberally. Is that an option?
And an option to break them out of their tiny cubbyhole into a full-sized tab of their own?
That would be (very) nice to have when cloning the git repository. But that’s a battle for another day.
For the diff in the ide another solution would be to pretty print before showing the diff.
I’ll leave to the powers that be to decide whether to change the way they store the files or work in the ui only.
