Ctrl-Shift-[ (Cmd-Alt-[ on macOS): foldCode.
Ctrl-Shift-] (Cmd-Alt-] on macOS): unfoldCode.
Ctrl-Alt-[: foldAll.
Ctrl-Alt-]: unfoldAll.
