Yes the above is the way I have used tables from other apps.
Since I’m using the new UI only for some a couple of months nowI can’t help you with the classic but I’ll switch to cpassic to see where you can find it.

Hi again,

I tried the classic editor and the feature seems to be there.
If you press the “+” for adding a new table an option to add tables from other apps is there.
