[Beta] Ctrl + Tab to change tabs

Pretty simple, but used all of the time. Control + tab switching between tabs.

Alt+PgUp and Alt+PgDn do the job.

Yeah, the current shortcuts work just fine. Plus Ctrl+ Tab would be awful actually, since it changes browser tabs. Ctrl+Tabbing to Anvil would “lock” you in the IDE and making you need to click out of it if your destination was not the anvil editor.
