[BETA] Anvil IDE doesn't save edits in Custom HTML

I’m working on a Custom HTML form (I use Anvil in Chrome).
For the last 2 days, Anvil doesn’t save my code that I type in a custom HTML edit window: it often disappears when I switch back and force between different views and components or when I run the app in debug mode.
The form code in Python is autosaved as expected.

Thanks for spotting this! It does look like there are issues with editing Custom HTML forms in the Beta Editor. We’ll add it to our list, and in the meantime you’ll need to use the Classic Editor for this.

Already switch to the Classic Editor.
However, I like the Beta Editor much more.

You’re welcome. Periodic reminder to all to unmute the Bug Reports category (in the upper right) if you’re using the Beta editor and you want to be proactive about avoiding pitfalls like this.

Safari saves custom HTML in beta IDE without any issues.
I am happy for the time being.

I don’t experience this problem anymore. But it happened only at occasional times before as well so maybe it’s not over yet.
