[Beta] Adding the first repeating panel to a form doesn't work

Create a new app, click on the repeating panel icon on the toolbox, click on the app.

The ItemTemplate1 form is created, but there is no repeating panel.

Adding the repeating panel again works and creates a new ItemTemplate2 form.

We’re aware of this one and we’re looking into it. Actually any component you drop on to the form immediately after loading the Beta Editor requires two clicks - and RepeatingPanels just happen to have unpleasant side effects!
