Background Tasks not running

What I’m trying to do:

I have a background task set up to run every minute, it was working fine until I stopped it to do some troubleshooting on a function. Now my app won’t run any background task?

I solved my own problem. User Malfunction; I had to update the “PUBLISHED” version for it to start running again.
