anvil.server.InternalError

Hi All,

I’ve emailed the Anvil Support Team a few weeks ago, but still awaiting a response:

I’m receiving the following error when accessing any database driven projects:

Starting server runtime… Server runtime connected.
anvil.server.InternalError: Internal server error: 5688f796a754
at /home/anvil/downlink/anvil/_threaded_server.py:436
called from /home/anvil/downlink/anvil/_server.py:43
called from ServerModule1, line 11

This happened directly after an upgrade to my account (i.e. increasing my database quota). I have a strong suspicion there has been an error during the upgrade as my account has no numbers/figures in the quotas/limits. It used to have stats about our quotas, but now nothing appears. Any other words of advice?

I had a similar upgrade issue a long time ago. They were able to take care of it quickly, and painlessly on my part. I suspect that your case will be similar, once they take a closer look behind the scenes.

Anvil support has just been in contact with me and have now resolved the issue - as you mentioned a reboot behind the scenes kicked our new plan into gear.
