Hi,

There is no info about bandwidth and file storage limit for each Anvil plans here:

Is the info available some where else?

On the Individual light plan you get 10GB of storage for anything you stick into the Postgres database.
I think you can see somewhere how much storage you are using.
The Traffic info gives you an overall guess at how much bandwidth you get. I would say test it. Its pretty cheap to test.

I means storage limit when uploading files in the Assests but it is great to know about the Postgres database limit
