Add list of keyboard shortcuts to the Help page

The IDE is growing and the number of keyboard shortcuts is increasing. I love them, I’m a shortcut junkie, but I’m also old and forgetful, so… I would like to see the list of all keyboard shortcuts in the Help tab, the one that opens when clicking on the question mark on the top right corner of the editor. If the list is too long, a link to the documentation page would be good enough. That documentation page should be kept updated with all the more or less recent goodies like Ctrl+Alt+[,…
