Anvil browser IDE on multiple monitors

Think how sick this would be:

  1. You open the Anvil IDE, copy the url and paste it in a separate tab.
  2. Move the new tab as a window to a second monitor.
  3. Close all other windows except the toolbox on the second monitor.
  4. (By blackmagic, browser extension?) you can still drag and drop items between the browser windows.

Idk, just dreaming here.

I love the idea of having data tables on a separate screen.
This approach does the trick for the data base (thanks to @uat) but this feature would also achieve this.

Obviously you can extend the browser window across multiple screens but it is just not the same!

Great idea.

Yes, it may be possible to do something like this where data that can’t be dragged and dropped could be put into multiple tabs. I’m not sure how interacting with the windows would work in terms of drag and drop.

Starting with a separate data tables tab, and then moving from there would at least be a tractable problem I would think.
