I am very pleased to announce that AI credit is now included in your Anvil subscription on the Hobby, Business and Production plans. Build throwaway prototypes, get help with a knotty debugging problem, or just add the next feature to your app, with a frontier model from OpenAI.
There are usage limits, of course, but they’re pretty generous - you can open “My Account” → “Quotas and Usage” to see how much AI usage you have remaining right now, and they recharge continuously over time. The usage included in a Hobby plan will cover the majority of Anvil AI users’ current usage, and the Business plan will cover the vast majority, but if you’re a very heavy user you’ll still probably want to connect to a ChatGPT or Claude subscription (don’t worry, this hasn’t gone away!). You can do this from “My Account” → “Authentication and Keys”.
One more thing: We’re even providing AI usage to Free users. It’s a one-time grant, but you can do a remarkable amount with it. It should be at least enough to convince yourself that a Hobby plan is worth it.
