Adding Timer Issue

  1. Click the timer component in the toolbox, and release the mouse
  2. click on a form to add it

Multiple timers get added.

If you click and drag the component from the toolbox only one gets added.

Just a bump to say this is still happening, with a small correction in that if you drag the timer to the form it creates two timers as opposed to anywhere between 2 and 5 if you click and release as described below.

Happens on both FF & Chrome on Debian 9.
