Add loading property for image components in the Anvil Editor

It would be nice to have the loading proporty in the Properties Panel of the Anvil Editor for image components. I assume that lazy loading is a common use case.

While there is no official property yet, you can use a bit of JavaScript to detect the loading event.

Edit: Wow. py.space projects embed quite nicely in the forum.
