As I mentioned before certain times, I’m developing a community where users can upload books or read books.

For my website, I also wish to add a sharing feature so that users can share a link to their book on social media or to friends.

My website gives every book a unique Book ID by which it can be opened.

Is there anyway for users to generate a link which will lead others to their particular book by opening the ‘Book’ form I have and set the value of a variable in my Module to that particular Book ID

Yes, you can use the excellent Hash Routing library.
