As lead visionary for the team, Norm’s extensive experience working in both engineering design and analysis provides W.I.S.E with functions that support a wide range of solutions typically desired by practicing engineers. Crucially, Norm developed the core philosophy behind W.I.S.E, a software framework that focuses program development around both vertical and laterally integrated capabilities that support an associative interchange of data via a web-browser.
