I checked that page last night before posting here, then I changed tab to post, didn’t close that tab, and this morning the monitor was still on. No screen saver or going to sleep for my Windows 11 because Chrome was showing that page, even if it wasn’t on a visible tab.
Oh well, we have learned one more thing. Sorry it didn’t help.
