What I’m trying to do:
I am trying to create a brand new app.
What I’ve tried and what’s not working:
When presented with the choice of design templates, no matter which one you select you get an error popup, along with the loading spinner :
Clicking OK just causes the popup to reappear.
Just to reiterate, this is creating a new app, not opening an existing one (which works fine).
I have refreshed the page and I have logged out and back in again.
If I switch back to the classic editor, I get this when trying to create a new app :
