In the What not to do paragraph, the rule Do not return database row objects to the client is the one that I follow most religiously. With the exception of my oldest apps, I have zero linked tables. I even refactored a few old apps not to use linked tables. Instead of using tables with linked rows, I do something like: Do one search to find all the rows from the first table Create a list of dictionaries with it Scan the list of dictionaries and find all…
