What does this error mean?

RuntimeUnavailableError: Server resources not available for 'python3-full'. 
Please contact support@anvil.works.

This is in an app that has been running for months. I wasn’t watching it when it happened so unfortunately I don;t know what happened just before it, but if you can tell me what causes it I might be able to reverse engineer the circumstances.

Probably not related, but when I got the “session expired” alert box (same app) instead of clicking refresh I just clicked elsewhere on the page to clear it, then I clicked on the error box (bottom right). The error was just a single letter “H”. See attached…
