No Form/Module is Startup when only Form is deleted and Module Added

I guess tonight is an Anvil bug bash:

  1. Create a new app with only 1 Form and no Modules/Packages
  2. Delete the only Form on the app and then add a Module: it isn’t auto set as the Startup Form and since there are no other modules or forms, nothing is set as the startup form.
  3. Run the App and get this error: ImportError: No module named None
