Having to scroll down the Theme Roles to add a new role gets old fast

Hello, mine is a simple request:
On the beginning of the development of apps I find myself returning many times to the roles screen.
On this point, I have to scroll the screen the whole way down every time I want to add another role.
Couldn’t the add role field be pinned to the screen, following the scroll? Or, simply have a replica at the top?

Agreed. Having the add-new-item form at the bottom of a list is such a common pattern but is such an annoyance once that list gets long.

having just started playing with roles why can’t we jump to the role edit in the theme.css by clicking on an edit icon?
