[FIXED] Cannot load any form: Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not iterable!

Opening the startup form to one of my apps has just stopped working (no changes have been made).
If the startup form is changed, it still does not load.
Error displayed in the red alert box to the user:
Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not iterable!

In debug output I get:
[An internal error has occurred]

Other apps load the startup form and appear to work with no issues

Iā€™m seeing the same thing on one of my apps. (although there are others working just fine).
