[Fixed] anvil.app.environment no "name" attribute

The code suggested at https://anvil.works/beta-docs/deployment-new-ide/environments-and-code#getting-the-current-environment (e.g. if anvil.app.environment.name == "Production") is not working for me. The anvil.app.environment doesn’t seem to have a name attribute defined in the Debug environment.
