In the new version of the IDE, if I look at a form without any components, it shows the normal message about dragging and dropping components onto it.
But then if I go from that form to look at a form that does have components on it, the message is still there, behind the existing components.

Are you still seeing the problem? It’s not happening in the quick test I did:
Does it happen for all apps, or just some?
What browser/OS are you using? Have you got any errors in your browser console?
Here’s recreating it on a new project. It seems to be when going between a blank panel and a custom HTML panel, although on another project it happens between a blank panel and a data grid row panel.
