[Beta] Email setup page not updating when changing branch

When the editing branch changes, the Email setup page should be updated.

  1. Open the Email setup page
  2. Enable the email Test Mode
  3. Change branch → the Test Mode is still active (bad)
  4. Refresh the page → the Test Mode is not active (good)
